Emmerson + Hudson take Hollywood

When my sweet friend Marci from Little Edge Threads asked if the kids would be apart of a segment she was putting together for Hollywood Today Live, our answer was a no brainer. Em LOVES any opportunity she has to be on tv and I was sure my Hudson boy would thoroughly enjoy it as well. It took place the day after Greg's birthday, so we decided to make a little overnight trip out of it. We got a hotel, ate pizza and then woke up super early for a 7am call time at the studio. After a couple of rehearsals and green room shenanigans, the little ones took the runway with some of our other favorite Instagram kids. CLICK HERE to watch the video!

So, we are down to right around 8.5 weeks left of growing my last small human. INSANE. It's going so quickly. Being completely distracted by the other two energetic + highly demanding littles makes the time fly. I'm just starting to move into the slightly uncomfortable phase of it all. Sore muscles, aching bones, can't waddle up the stairs without feeling out of breath kinda thing. I find comfort in daily bubble baths + anything soft and stretchy to wear. When it comes to Maternity clothes I'm not typically a fan, Pink Blush however, is an exception.

The Holidays

Imagine the dreamiest vintage campers right on the beach. Heaven, right? Hudson and I were asked to be a part of a photoshoot for Plum and Sparrow woven baskets at The Holidays CA few weeks ago and lets just say the location and styling were all kinds of boho perfection. When I first laid eyes on this maternity one piece denim jumpsuit from Seraphine, I knew it had to be mine. It's no joke, the comfort of wearing onsie pajamas all day long, only socially acceptable to wear out in public. win win. Super stretchy, enough room for a growing belly, great quality...I honestly have nothing but good things to say. what's for breakfast?

Early morning breakfast shenanigans with two highly imaginative and slightly weird small humans goes a little something like this:

because when you have a plate of fruit in front of you, it's only natural to turn your strawberries into tiny pets and make them talk to each other... oh and don't be fooled by this colorful display of deliciously healthy fruit and smoothies that it appears my children are thoroughly enjoying... although the girl ate a couple of strawberries and downed her smoothie only because she fully understands the art of threats and bribery, ya know... in order to get some nutrients into that little body...my extremely picky boy child won't have any part of that. He hopped off the table after he was done with his pet strawberries, which came nowhere near his mouth and ate goldfish crackers for breakfast. what gives. you can't win 'em all. To top off the crack of dawn party on the table, wouldn't you agree that the waffle + egg Foot Cardigan socks totally make breakfast more fun? yeah they thought so too!

There is nothing I enjoy more than being next to my love, feeling the warm sunshine on our faces, surrounded by the happy squeals of our children running barefoot in the grass...or usually in our case, sand. In those moments nothing else matters and my heart is completely full. These sweet humans I get to share life with are my whole world. We ventured to Old Town San Diego yesterday to walk the streets, browse the shops and run free in the grass. ...but lets be real, I'm 27 weeks pregnant there was absolutely no running on my part...there's just something special about that place. It was exactly what we all needed.
